We start with the highest grade of super refined MDF available, not the cheaper grades of MDF that most suppliers sell. This means that our products will provide the best quality finish possible. Next we use state of the art manufacturing techniques to make sure our MDF products are second to none.
After years of buying doors from other manufactures, we were left unhappy. We experienced a high rate of wrong doors and also doors that were not up to our quality standards. The manufacturers we dealt with were 5 to 10 business days out on getting our door orders and if a door was wrong we were looking at a month to finish a job. This was unacceptable to us.
